The receptionist and nurse at this establishment were both extremely rude to me. They sent no reminders about my appointment and when I misunderstood my appointment time and was 15 minutes late, (I thought I was 15 minutes early) they both were verbally abusive to me. And when I tried to explain myself they did not care at all. I will never be back there. Even though Dr gamsu is actually great.
