Arcon Park Guest House
We had placed booking with the Arcon Park Guest House on booking.com and was informed upon check-in that they had cancelled the subscription with booking.com and no longer accepted bookings from the site and did not have rooms available for us, we were left stranded and had to drive around looking for accommodation elsewhere, really aggrieved with the whole experience and poor customer service from both guesthouse and booking.com. This was the last time we book with the guest house & using the booking.com.

The only thing that I didn't like is the reception is not well put in order for records keep and hence when I checked in the only sort of identification was my WhatsApp chats because otherwise I was gonna be denied entrance which I paid for days apart. So in short kindly put your administration in order and that will make things easier for unnecessary arguments and delays on clients check inn

Bad i was book n room for R500 for me and my women and baby 4 m old and the service was bad and we what to go and we was not there for n half hour and just give me R400 back we can't sleep of all the noise my baby was crying that place will not see me again.

Arcon Park Guest House
First all payment needs to be done in cash or eWallet. Secondly the pillows had a bad smell and the room I slept in the charging plugs were covered by the bed, I had to shift the bad to find them.
