The Manhattan Lifestyle Estate - Central Developments

Been staying here for almost 9 months now. It's a great place, clean and quiet. Security is visible and patrols often. I am enjoying my stay. The only issue is the fibre, it's absolutely horrible. Surf4life is down often and their communication is extremely poor. If we could get a new ISP Fibre provider, then that would be great.

The Estate is stunning! I have only moved in recently, but I am thoroughly enjoying the experience. I would like to really thank Patricia and Matladi for being stars and exceptional at their jobs. They have both gone above and beyond to make my experience a seamless one. Whenever I need assistance, they are ready to help and have a very friendly disposition. One of the best agents I have worked with! The fibre is not the best, but overall everything else has been perfect x

I have bought a sectional title in The Manhattan Estate and I must say that the whole process was seamless. I have received timeous response from Matladi and all the parties that were involved throughout the purchasing process. The estate is well maintained and very quiet, perfect for professionals.My only issue is that there is no sufficient lighting on the parking and the perimeter fence. The area gets really dark during the night making it impossible to spot intruders.I will suggest more lighting between parking bays and perimeter fence.

Moved in a week ago. Loving it! Best property we've bought so far. Big ups to our agent Matladi who really made sure everything worked out for us and of course Richard who is looking after our new home as though it is his own.

The walkway stairs are always DIRTY!!!!. The cleaners only clean once a week. They don’t even use enough water, they just wipe . The tiles are even stained because of this. It’s as if the building is 10 years old.I have also reported the faulty light bulbs by the corridors but no one is coming to fix. My nephew tripped and fell cause we walk in the dark!!!

Wow, what can I say. I absolutely love the place we live at, it is very family oriented and Matladi was the consummate professional even after the sale he has managed to remain accessible and I now consider him more of a friend as he has a friendly disposition and always willing to help no matter the task.

Been living here for a few months and it's just wonderful! Moving in was a breeze, the location is perfect with 2 malls in close proximity. It's very secure as well. The guards are quite friendly and they always make you feel safe! The houses are modern and neat, it's the perfect size for small families. The clubhouse with the swimming pool and the walking trail are also wonderful additions to the estate. All complaint I really have is that there is no trash cans at the clubhouse or the park, it's not a huge problem but it does encourage some to throw their trash on the ground. Other than that, this is an awesome housing estate!

I don’t even know where to start. But basically every after two weeks or monthly there are issues. When it rains the wall close to the door frame bubbles up (they’ve ‘fixed’ this about 2/3 times). Communication doesn’t even deserve 1 star because there’s little to non. Their wifi service provider gives up every other day and I’ve noticed on MANY days there’s no wifi between 12am and 4am. Not sure why because this is NOT capped wifi. I’m wiping water from my bedroom floor every morning. I don’t know much about construction but I’m 100% sure my window should be ‘leaking water’ every single day. The only way to fix this window issue is if I sleep with window that is WIDE open. It’s a nice place. Great and convenient area. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the construction and the service where people only respond when they feel like it. And unfortunately those things one only notices once moved in. I do have pictures however I can’t download them from my cloud because there’s no wifi.
