Ordered a Naan bread, it took an hour for them to prepare it and it wasn't cooked through.Worst restaurant with pathetic service would not recommend anyone to eat here.

I don't know what has happened to this place in the last few months, but the dramatic drop in quality and service makes it feel like they are purposefully trying to fail as a business. I don't know why they've decided to tank their business; maybe it's for some weird bet, or for some kind of small business insurance that covers then in case of a good business suddenly going into liquidation or something, who knows?!They're food used to be delicious, but now it's basically just fine. I order the korma because I know that it is the mildest of all curries, you usually aren't even given an option for heat, because that's not what a korma is. I started eating mine and the only sensation in my mouth was heat, so I had to mix a tub of plain yogurt into the dish to make it edible. We tried again and asked if they could please make the korma mild, they refused.If you are wanting takeout, expect about an hour of waiting. You may think, fine I'll phone in my order and collect it so I don't have to wait. I don't recommend that as the staff are no longer able to understand English, so you will need to be there in person to act out your order and point to things. While you are waiting, expect to sit listening to the sounds of whatever YouTube videos the staff are watching on their phone.This is very disappointing. My husband and I were really excited to find a reasonably priced Indian take-away and bought from here quite regularly (the old staff would simply ask us, The same as last time?" We were coming so regularly) but tonight will be our very last purchase."

Very disappointing, ordered mild lamb korma, flavour was okay. But was terrible cuts and bones. Sauce texture was lumpy. My partner ordered mild veg biriyani that was bland in flavour, hardly any veg and way too spicy to be a mild. I had one bite and was far spicier than my mild meal. I wasn't impressed the previous time I ordered but my partner enjoyed hers then. I'm sorry for bad review and hope you guys can bounce back, however I will never know if you do. Cheers.

I ordered a mild Biriyani. It was beyond hot. Won't order again.

Butter chicken doesn't even taste like it should. Tikka just a piece of dry chicken not a quarter. No roti with meals and quite pricey for the poor quality of food.

Ordered a medium mutton bunny .....very disappointing was ordered as a medium and am sure they sent extra hot. Just tastes like loads of chili and tomato.And phone numbers do no not exist to get hold of restaurant.

The bread was very soggy when the food arrived. I ordered mild but the food piece of meat (from the 4 that were in the bunny chow) was very hot to stomach. The bunny chow was mostly potatoes. This is a complete waste of money. Their phone number is not working to even contact them. I'm very disappointed

I really enjoy the Beryani from here. Huge portions and tastes great. It’s not fine dining but it’s great value for money. The service here is always very friendly. You are able to dine in but it seems they cater more for takeaway. There’s parking available right outside. If you don’t like to wait then call ahead about 15min before you collect
