Always a pleasure visiting P10 at La Lucia Mall. The beauty consultants, Taniel & Jackie are always accommodating, absolutely pleasant and really good at what they do. They have strict Covid Protocols in place.

On 15th Dec I went in for gelish nails-the polish is chipping already, gloss coat was not applied correctly and I have nail dust trapped in my polish,the nail sides are crude and you can see the layers- some you can see the first coatof color only and others you can clearly see and feel nail dust.The technician was clearly rushing to get to her next appointment (Zama).Normally I receive excellent service, even this time of year

Absolute disregard to hygiene. A pedicure resulted in athletes foot. Such a horrible experience. I called to advise of poor hygiene and I was told that they would call me after confirming which therapist treated me, still waiting, no call back. Customer service non- existent.

The lady who waxed me was soo rough with my face. She took off some skin and I'm badly bruised on face. Not to mention, my skin welted up on my way because of the way she rough handled my skin. I'd never go to that butchery" again if it costs me my skin & appearance"

This is the worst place to get an eyebrow and upper lip wax. The girl there really hurt my skin so bad that it had 2 places where the skin really got hurt because she pulled the wax so hard like my skin was peeling off. Maybe you might get some one who knows what they doing.

Not impressive at all. I had Bio Sculpture and tips done on my nails and it started lifting after two days. I went back to get acrylic overlays and the Bio Sculpture lifted off of that as well.
