Telkom Westwood Mall Express

My experience with Telkom was frustrating and a miserable waste of time. Our internet was out for 8 days without any help from Telkom staff. Take note of this : When ever you ask to speak to a manager , the manager is on break and there is no second in charge that can assist you. The calls are all recorded however the customer can’t revert back to the call so show the poor customer service. Our family moved over to Mweb as a result of this horrible incident.

Helpful staff.Great service .Unfortunately lack of stock over a few weeks meant I had to take my deal at another branch where it was available

Tried to do a device contract upgrade at this branch and it took 2 weeks with no feedback. I cancelled the order at the branch , did the order online and it went through in minutes. Do not recommend this branch for contract upgrades.

I had excellent service I done my upgrade there the lady that serve me Nadira make sure she took the time to explainEverything thorough to me to make right choices I thank her for that I definitely recommend her for a promotion and the store was good experience unlike the other Telkom stores well done Telkom Westwood and thank you againRegardsMuhommed

Good service. Good people with good job knowledge. Much better than the other branches I have visited.2021/04/20 My wife and I was just there to do both our upgrades and it was flawless. When you get there go to Ryan. He is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Super impressed with his level of service. So glad he helped us. My 5 star is based on the service we received from Ryan. You see other people at your own risk :)

Most pathetic service... they don't answer the phones....they don't follow up on queries... even when you have been to them 6 times to sort the issues that they have caused...Telkom Westwood is a huge no... even now I can't call them.... their phones are offline... and they are a telecommunications company.... The manager attended to my query the last time went in.... and it's been two months And my issues have not been sorted... so she is just as pathetic as her incompetent staff... do not waste your time....

This was my first visit to this store as i recently relocated to the area from the Eastern Cape. Fast,efficient and friendly service. My query was resolved within 10minutes. Will definitely return for future upgrade or new contracts. Keep up the great service. November 2021

Telkom Express Westwood Mall has the most rude, arrogant and unprofessional manager Kuben Naidoo. We had purchased our phone from Pavilion Telkom who was super professional and friendly, but they did not have stock of the phone we wanted so we had to go and collect it from Westwood mall Telkom. Kuben wasted our entire day because he was short staff and refused to assist us even though 5 calls had been made to him. He failed to realise that we are also Business clients of Telkom and even when we did go to his store to collect the phone he still should rudeness to his employee by movement of his body language, all because we were not purchasing the phone from his store. We will never recommend anyone to support the Westwood Telkom Express store.

I was at Telkom in Westwood Mall on 24/10/22. The consultant logged a call back for me so I can explain to Telkom what assistance my elderly parents require with regards to their contract. I did not get a call from Telkom.I then called Telkom Westwood Mall and once again made the request. A call centre consultant called but halfway through the conversation the line was cut... Deliberately? I can't say. She did not bother to call back.However, I tried calling Telkom Westwood again and now the line is off. Meanwhile my elderly parents continue to pay for services that don't work!!Absolutely pathetic service!!!

Extremely bad service, their phone is switched off, didn't get hold of them for a week, had to drive there to get feedback on my contract I signed up for as they didn't have stock. When I asked about why their landline doesn't work, then I front of me, she switched the phone on, which died a minute later. They don't care about customer service manager Kubern gave so many excuses. You can try the number and see it goes the voicemail. Never doing business again with them.
