Worst service in the history of any transport company! Precious Seete does not care at all about customer service. She refuses to provide key contact details of the correct departments at DHL, she vaguely states what is required without giving clear requirements or instructions, and she is not interested in releasing any goods in a timely manner, if at all. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this (lack of) service!

Worst service to date that I have got from any courier company, impossible to find out why my shipment that was sent out for delivery was not delivered. i have made numerous calls, but was unable to get any answer as too why my shipment was not received, each time i was promised that i would be contacted, but no one does. I will rather use other companies as i have done in the past,

I have my shipment stuck for a month now at DHL. They won't deliver and telling me that returning the item is not guaranteed. What a joke of a shipping service is this?Why will you make people pay for shipping in the first if you are sure to deliver the item.
