They are absolutely pathetic, it is so noisy at their office thatbi cannot hearbwhat the people are saying and the mother effers are so unprofessional and i swaer can have an entire conversation with you without even speaking to you... Was unable to get the proper help.... Close this place its useless, how many bad reviews do u want before something is done

These @##%ers keep on sending me sms messages about someone else's arrears account, which I don't know. I have called them and communicated by WhatsApp, but to no avail. If they can't even use the correct contact details for clients, what incompetent attorneys they must be.

Never use this company, they are unprofessional very poor at any form of communcian. They are basied during a property transfer that was robbed and had copper pipes and cables stolen. Supporting the Seller and pushing the problem on to the buyers. Which is in breach of signed contracts.

Zero customer service, do not get back to you regarding payments, do not stick to Arrange Payment plans that was set up by them. Poor communication skills, poor team leaders. I was told that the agreement I made with an ex employee" are no longer valid but just the other day I got told by another agent that the same employee who no longer works there
