I received the friendliest service from Shamane at Incredible Connection in South Coast Mall. I was shocked at the vast knowledge on the TV I was currently wanting to purchase. After this experience, I will surely be going back for the purchase as well as other purchases. In fact, I noticed that all staff wear a smile and are friendly towards all customers.Keep up the great attitude!

The supervisor at this branch is incredibly rude, head office seriously needs to investigate how this is acceptable, considering numerous reviews share a similar experience.That said after multiple emails I'm still waiting for head office to get back to me regarding my query in which the supervisor had absolutely no clue nor the time to listen or understand my query regarding price protection policy. Totally unacceptably that an item was reduced by R2000 after purchasing....
