They weren't able to provide me with a trap, but I got a call from a person who was very courteous and friendly and gave me very good advice on how to sort my problem

This is the second time i have used Rentokil and Teela the service agent was great and SO patient taking the time to establish whether I had birds or rats in my ceiling and she took the time to explain everything in detail

This is the second time we have booked this service. It is extremely effective. The technician knew so much about ants and their behaviours. He told me exactly why he was doing each of the things he did and what he expected to happen. He did warn me that we would see more ants immediately after the treatment. He was not wrong. They literally took the bait. Happily, within 2 days of the treatment, there is not an ant in sight. Very pleased.

Worst service everrrrr. I had my house fumigated yesterday and cockroaches are still roaming in the kitchen, literally 1 day later. Would not recommend this company at all.

I will not recommend this company to any of my clients or our agencies. Took over 6 hours to call, after sending two request four hours apart and phoning them personally.

I was quoted for rat traps to be placed in my ceiling a perimeter, I did mention that I had existing rat traps in the ceiling but was charged for it anyway, I have been calling for 3 weeks to be credited and I all I get is that I will get back to you but nobody ever does. The guy that came out was great and very knowledgeable. This is the worst after sales service and I will NEVER use this non-service again.

Used this business multiple times, but unfortunately the service is steadily declining. I've been waiting for almost a week on a call back as Leslie promised to forward my details to a colleague in my neighbourhood and vice versa. After communicating on various platforms I have still not received word back.Your competition is unfortunately way more responsive.

The follow up consultation with Rentokil has left me reeling. The consultant who arrived to do a follow up fumigation, totally trashed my apartment. He sprayed the poisonous liquid all over my cutlery, crockery and food. When I questioned him, he dismissed me and stated that I can always just rinse everything, every time I need to use it. After he has left, I spent the greater part of my afternoon washing all my plates, cups, glasses, pots and cutlery to get this poisonous liquid off. I had to throw away all my food that was open in my cupboard that he had sprayed all over. He had sprayed that liquid all over my floors and left puddles of water everywhere. I had to mop up my entire apartment and wash my bathroom mats as they were drenched in that liquid. The manner in which he went about doing his job, was without any due care or regard for me and my family. Rather than getting rid of the pests he became the pest. I will never contact Rentokil again, and my advice to any family that wants to make use of their services is to be mindful of a few of the consultants who have no regard for their clients and their health. I am still reeling at what a nuisance this follow up service was, I am utterly disgusted.
