Big spacious rooms. Warm and friendly management and staff that went over and above my expectations. Serene atmosphere. My son enjoyed the gardens, hot tubs and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. I will definitely come back soon.

Serene and calming.... Our stay was nothing short of amazing... The host and hostess were welcoming and treated us all with great hospitality. We had an enjoyable experience.

We spent a very special morning getting ready for a friend's wedding at the Residence. The bridesmaids and bride were treated like royalty and the staff were warm, helpful and doted upon our every need. We were served an incredible breakfast and they went out of their way to keep us warm and cosy on a very cold day. The gardens are beautiful and made for beautiful photos for the bride. Thank you for the spoil!

Was bitten all over my body by bed bugs when I told them they say they would just change the bedding, that’s not possible got to fumigate so just stay the one night. When cancelled the next night they don’t want to refund…Just watch as I also taking legal steps due to cameras pointed into your rooms. They not very easy to see as they white and in corners.Never stay bad experience

Amazing place!In contrast to all previous comments, we had such a great experience at this hotel with the best service and very nice and modern rooms. To us, the owners were very friendly, helpful and open for discussions or customer needs. Maybe a positive and friendly human interaction is a two way street? :)Most importantly the food was incredible and needs extra recognition!

Enjoyed our stay. Room neat and clean. Tranquil environment and amazing birdlife. Great place to get away from hustle and bustle of city life. Would recommend Villa Exner any day.

It wasn't exactly difficult to find, but there were lots of twists and turns to get here. Great place to stay. It was very quiet, the rooms were neat and clean and the place has an old charm about it. Bathrooms were also very clean. We only stayed for one night so I can't give too much weight to my experience but the staff were friendly and helpful, the Wifi worked perfectly and there was air-conditioning and DSTV in the room and a swimming pool area outside. Breakfast was good although I think we only got one free breakfast instead of two. The breads were fresh and amazingly good. The rest of the breakfast was nice also.

Love this place, been back a few times over the years and consistent as the staff are friendly owners are involved the hygiene is what you would expect from 5 star accommodation.One of the many gems in the area.
