We had an awesome stay at Lollee's Place... Laurette was there to greet us when we arrived and was most attentive to our needs...

Love this place!

I don’t even want to leave a single star! What a disappointing experience! We have been waiting 5 years to come home and with my father passing away recently due to cancer, it was bound to be an emotional time. Spent over R18 000 for the two and a half weeks accommodation there and most of it without hot water!! We were told DSTV would be included but we didn’t even have a working TV in the property! She told us to use her lounge as our TV room!!! We are on holiday and private people, we don’t want to share a room with strangers!!! We had to boil water in pans for our kids to bath in. The toilet broke second night in, as well as the electric gate. The dogs were left out to bark all night long and that was the final straw. She offered us the use of her shower in her home, again, we don’t want to share with strangers! She seemed surprised that the hot water wasn’t working yet I have now read other reviews saying the same. She also offered us a FULL refund which she later withdrew and stated that she doesn’t do refunds and that we both had to learn from this experience! Avoid this property at all costs! Her attitude wasn’t great and excuses far too many. I would never use this woman again!

Was lovely being here at Lollees Place. I enjoyed my stay and wish I could've stayed longer. The cottage is very sweet and filled with things that make one feel at home. Close to beaches and lovely lagoon. The owner was very nice to engage with. Will come again.

Great place, definitely staying there when we're back in EL. Laurette, the owner, is also super nice and accommodative.

Clean, close to the beach, secure parking, accomadating friendly host. Will definitely return!
