Good stuff. However the branch manager eldo wasn’t helpful and had no customer service tact. Mr Bruce here knows more and has more tact. He managed to get us our products. Please note gelmar cannot source out stock from their other branches if they get out of stock. That can become a big problem. Mmm…

Edit: Seriously, it's the silly season... everyone is doing Christmas shopping and renovation shopping for their leave. Why close at 1 pm on a Saturday when every other shop extends their hours a little to cater to the crazy traffic and madness around the mall?They don't appear like they want to accommodate their clients, even if you're like 3 minutes late to the door, the products are great and the shop is clean but they're not accommodating.Love this place! Lots of nifty things all about it, and the store is super clean and neat too. Prices are amazing and the staff is quite friendly!

Love all the little gadgets and practical space saving items for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Especially enjoying the silicone stick on toothpaste and toothbrush holder. So awesome to have all these items right here in SA. Thank you Gelmar. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Visited the shop on 19 December '22 to buy some storage units. Got to the till and the only cashier there was standing and having a personal conversation with another customer at the end of the counter with her back to the queue side but still able to see when customers are in the queue. The person she was having a conversation with had to tell her wait
