I wish I found this place sooner, they had the tile I wanted in stock and 40% cheaper than competitors. They have tiles the others do not have at very good prices

I received a 5 star service today from Diane Prins from Tile House. She was very patient and efficient when dealing with my endless queries. She is very professional and knowledgeable. If you need someone to assist you well I suggest that you ask for her. She will guide you in the right direction. I believe that good service should be acknowledged.

Very unprofessional. We call the lady that we want to buy times, they say come we close at 1300hrs today Saturday. We tell the last that we're 20km away, she says come we'll wait for you. So we rush, arrive at 1254hrs, and the shop is closed, having wasted time and fuel. There were a bunch of customers who were also complaining about the same thing. Very unprofessional.

The nicest range of floor and wall tiles i found in Paarden Eiland. You will find what you are looking for at the price point to suit your pocket. Seriously nice stuff.

Superb service from Ashley, I have been all over the western cape looking for Terrazzo looking tile (the originals were out of my price range), patterned tiles and subway tiles for the kitchen. Ashley not only went out of his way, he followed up when I wasn't sure and tried his utmost to accommodate my budget. Of all the tile shops, Tile Houses customer service is top notch!!

A large range of tiles that are contemporary and different to what you normally see. Really good prices, definitely lower than other tile shops. And to top it off, the service is very friendly and comes with a delicious cup of coffee!
