Ruben and his assistant came out, on time fixed the leak and left my house clean like nothing was done!! Your company can be proud of your great work and workmanship!!

Leakfind was appointed by Echelon Insurance to assess a blockage at 1 of my houses, within an hour I was called to arrange a time for them to assess. After assessing, I was then informed that a drain cleaning company is needed & without me having to do any searches, they referred Drain Clean24 who arranged an appointment for the next morning. The communication from Leakfind was awesome, I received 5 calls from them before & after the assessment as they were working to make arrangements to resolve the issue. Drain Clean24 also timeously called & the communication was great. The issue was resolved & I received a detailed report. I appreciate Leakfind's service because before Leakfind was appointed for this job, a different plumbing company was & it was bad.

Will never reccomend LeakFind. The spot they indicate were not even close to the actual leak - more than 1.5 meter off! Had to destroy my whole wall to find the leak after I paid them more than R4800.00. When I contacted them they just said Sorry to hear...""

I have a bed & breakfast and discovered a leak in a tenants apartment. Leakfind came out, charge the obilgatory R1300 and identified the leak. ONly the next day they sent someone. (Most plumbers would have tackled the job then and there). The next day they chopped open a floor, only to find no leak. They then sent another plumber to detect the leak who claimed he'll put 5K on it, he found it. Again, it took 2 days before they could squeeze me in and the plimbers chopped open more flooring, no leak! While the actuial plumbers ehere workign hard trying to assist, the office kept phoning them insisting they leave the job as they have another appointment. So fitting in jobs on the hour is definiately more important than solving a clients problem. After a week of being messed around (bearing in mind I run a guest house with a tenant who I had to arrange alternative accommodation for, they left me with a ruined floor, and the 3rd attempt to find the leak was merely to knock open the remainign floor they hadnt damaged. Oh and then they wanted a 60% deposit on a 10K bill and I had to arrange my own builder, tiler and carpenter to fix up what they had damaged. Worst of all, they were recommended by my insurance company. So far no apologies, no guzilt that their office phones their plumber to get to the next job, zip. In the end I appointed other plumbers. A week of up and down, a damaged apartment and no solution - thanks Hydrocore!

I would NOT recommend this company for the following reasons:1. They were fixing a small existing leak, which apparently caused another (weaker) section to break, flooding our flat. We had to pay for both repairs.2. While working on that, they accidentally hit one of the main pipes flooding our unit AGAIN, which damaged our laminate flooring which had to be removed. They did not reimburse us for any of the damage.3. They charged us to do leak detection on the same site when the problem persisted, and gave us the wrong information and billed us for yet another repair - lucky we got a second plumber in who correctly identified the problem and fixed it.They also left pipes exposed - usually companies will send someone to fix what they broke but this company just left it.4. They were here on various occasions and were unable to detect where the leaks were coming from, making a variety of excuses.

The plumber who came was good however the company experience was bad. There was no one who came at the scheduled time and I had to call the call centre. If I had not insisted on wanting a plumber to come ASAP they wanted to come the following day that meant 3 days of water running. The first day 2 plumbers came just looked at the issue and said they would come tmrw but to my surprise one plumber came and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 min.

Can't find any leaks in the vicinity of water damage so blames the bath 2-3 meters away with 0 indication of water damage around it because that's easier than doing your job just to appease the insurance company.Would not recommend. But what does that matter, by the looks of things they'll just alter their name.

Called Leakfind to find the cause of an extensive damp problem in my house.The inspector was quick to point out that in one of the bathroom one silicon seal of the shower basin was not in perfect shape.I mentioned to them that the slight crack in the silicon seal high up in the shower could never be the cause of the flood of water we expirienced on the lower level of our house.He insisted this being the problem and demanded the full call out fee.The damp problem got worse quickly and we called another company in.They found the actual cause, a leaking pipe in one of the walls.I presented Leakfind with the findings and ask my money back.They never even responded to my emails and did not refund the inspection fee.

This is the worst company to deal with. Disgusting service. Felix is the worst person to deal with at this company. They break things instead of fixing and act as if they have done nothing. They chopped 3 of my bathrooms just to find out there is no leak, why did they chop in the first place. They do not know how to find leaks and pathetic customer service.Never ever recommend to use.
