Over one hour and half hours late. No courtesy call to tell us they running late. 3 calls made and then we get told they are delayed at Plumblink. What's even more disappointing is that the manager Sally doesn't allow one to finish what they are saying as she just continues to interrupt conversation. Take a customer etiquette course guys.

Not too impress .had to give them my own part .did not carry there plumbing pipes that was needed ,but still had to pay the full price

Very disappointed after having PJ install my eco tank and DAB booster silent pump 2 years ago. The pump now keeps going off every 30 seconds and i have checked over a few weeks that there is no water leaks. Vicki says they know nothing about the mechanical workings of the pump and I should call DAB. I had phoned DAB and they say to call the plumber. Getting the run around with no solution. The reason for using so called expensive type plumbers is for good service but makes no difference.

Despite some jobs being done well, I can't recommend PJ's after the most recent job and the follow-up service (or lack thereof). They did a big job at my house, and after I initially had to call them back a number of times, it seemed the issue was finally solved. However, some time later some problems with the job resurfaced and I contacted them to get these fixed. They have ignored my requests for follow-up.
