After sales service is bad and they do poor fitment.I had my front spoiler fitted on my f10 bmw, less than a week later the dry wall screws that they used to fit the Lip snapped and while I was driving the spoiler fell off and got damaged.The store will not assist me in anyway and won't accommodate me at all.I WILL NOT recommend anyone to go to this store for styling parts especially to get fitted as you will spend lots of money and get poor results.They also refused to put me in contact with the owner of senior staff to explain my problem and won't respond to any of my texts or pictures provided on there whatsapp line.

I went to fit the 4 piece spoiler with a red lip and the job was so terribly done in the Parow Centre. I told the guys that the red lip is facing downwards instead of being level. The guy enforced that it was supposed to be like that. I told him that I have had this spoiler before now and I know how it's supposed to be. Right when inwas leaving, it scratched the garage floor and he didn't even know what to say. I wasn't pleased with this at all.
