Worst experience, I will definitely never go back. I used 3@1 as I am new in the area, and just needed to arrange for a courier quickly and they were close by. Kate was very kind when I booked, but everything went quickly downhill. DHL apparently never received the waybill, then I got emails asking for more and more information. Phil then contacted me, and when I called he was VERY RUDE, I was almost in tears after our phone conversation. I am the customer, you should never be rude and shout over a customer when you are the ones being paid to provide a service. Will never go back, should have gone with POSTNET.

Excellent. I needed some printing done for my company on short notice. Not only did they do an excellent job, they did it in a timely manner. When I collected my prints they were even better than I had anticipated.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Unfortunately can’t give zero stars, that would fit the service and professionalism.Went in Tuesday morning (13/12/22) handed them a document, that took 1.5 years to get from home affairs, for over night delivery to Pretoria (DIRCO)Cut off was on 14/12/22 hence over night service.Well… after tracking, I discovered my document never arrived in time, it only made it to its destination late on the 15/12/22. I was told Phil was supposed to follow up & didn’t know that I should call and remind him. A week later, I’m now dealing with some lady that has less than zero communication, as she has not once contacted me in any shape or form. I’m now sitting without my document and stuck in South Africa until 11th January 2023, instead of flying back to Germany on the 24/12/22 as planned. I am missing Christmas and new years with my wife. I went into the shop in seapoint yesterday and was told my document would be here tomorrow, that came and gone with not as much as a call or message…I guess you have to be a resident in the area or they don’t really give a… sorry they keep saying, sorry is not going to pay for this massive inconvenience caused by your empty promises. If you package is important to you, USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! If you don’t care what happens to your parcel, these are your guys, they don’t care either…

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because of the service.I have always used they services, The owner is very friendly but ther is a white lady that’s works ther she has no manners and she is really unprofessional I asked her a question and she answered back very rudely I hardly do reviews but I am still shocked, such a pitty because I have always used they services and it was fine.

I had such a great experience with the team! Highly reliable we communicated via e-mail and phone and when I arrived everything was perfect!Thank you!!!

I have used them on multiple occasions this year and they've always been great.From printing and couriers to ID photos. P.S they can also certify documents so you don't need to go to the police station.

Really great service. Kind staff and excellent affordability.
