Craig disappear over night and left me with 8 days before I relocate from johannesburg to cape town. the house in boulder road lakeside is not in a liveable state , with roof that is rusted through . no maintenance done and worst of all no lease . they took my deposit and i’m begging for the lease. I’m paying over 100 k to relocate and the new lady at de kock is trying her best but don’t seem to be getting much support. i am desperate and Craig lied about the house , the state it’s in and even told me the owner live overseas , which I now found out was a lie. the previous tenants even tracked me down to warn me of the troubles they have experienced
