Was delivered a bed that collapsed in a few days. Took 3 months to replace and the replacement has now collapsed and Jaundre is ALWAYS making empty promises to send another. It is now again a month and half later with no result. Was promised a bed on Friday then no delivery, when messaged I get told tomorrow and then AGAIN no delivery. And now no answer to my messaged. I wanted a refund so I could buy a different one but was told they will replace again but yet I am still waiting and am so uncomfortable on a collapsed mattress and am almost 6 months pregnant. Terrible customer service

Extremely disappointed! Very VERY bad service ! They don’t follow their argwanends and you can’t get ahold of them after driving out to them several times they still promised to deliver my bed and I am still waiting . It was suppose to be delivered a week ago as I now have slept on the couch since then . Their online number doesn’t work and the service when driving out to them is very very poor and bad .

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. Multiple promises to deliver not kept to. Had to phone at least 10 times to follow up on what is happening. No regard or respect for customers. Not advised!!!
