The Clicks offers quite a variety of items from cosmetics to baby clothes. Clicks often run the 3 for 2 special on a wide range of products. It offers great value if you know original prices for single items of the same brand that is on special. There is a problem sometimes with the queueing system at the self medication and prescriptions. Can be much faster. Covid procedures in place with self sanitizing and NO TEMPERATURE CHECKS.

2 weeks ago I purchased a few goods from this store. The first swipe on my card declined (even though there was sufficient funds in my account). I then swiped again and it went through. When I checked my account later that day, I was charged twice with the same amount. 2 weeks later and I am still fighting to get my money back from them. Pathetic service from the supposed manager who doesn't seem to have a clue what he's doing and keeps making it known to me that he doesn't know" what's going on and refuses to refer me to someone who actually does know."

I was about to change to Dischem after multiple extremely poor interactions at Lonehill!

A big thumds up to Shinazo a pharmacist, for going the extra mile by delivering medication after hours after collecting from Lonehill branch. This medication was required before surgery the bext day.Thank you Shinazo for your assistance and being of your word. Employees like you are not found every day.To Tina.. The pharmacist. Today I witnessed the most unprofessional  and unhelpful individual at Dainfern Square -  MARTHA GILIANA, this pharmacist should not be customer facing at all. Clearly calculating remaining months left on a repeat script is beyond her comprehension. Clicks you need to train your all your staff, Martha Giliana was rude and arrogant and did not try to assist in anyway. She tried to make it impossible for an unwell individual to get their meds. It's absolutely ridiculous.Fortunately Brian Mashego came to the aid and sorted everything out. A pharmacist that can read a script and use a the system. Well done Brian!

Very disappointed, the opening time on maps is 8:30 I rushed early to get meds only to find that they open at 9:00. Had to stand outside for about 30 minutes in the cold. Staff member opened the door seconds before 9:00 then closed it at 9:00 telling me and other customers waiting outside that they open at 9:00 though it was already 9:00. They officially opened a minute ir 2 after 9.

Horrible and don’t answer my call and when they do they decline

I am so over the service of the pharmacist at clicks Dainfern. Since the last permanent pharmacist left they have not been able to find someone who is capable to be friendly, helpful. They are just plane rude. Want to educate you on tablets you have been on for over 2 years, refuse to recall original scrips as they are to lazy, I even got chased out of the store by one. I have brought this under the attention of the management, it changed for a while and now when calling in for them to prepare meds I get told we only prepare schedule 6 medication in front of you ! O MY WORD ANOTHER SOMEONE WHO KNOWS IT ALL. Why does things change all the time. I have been with clicks for over 2 years now with all my family’s medication now they don’t do it like this or like that. I even got given the wrong morfeen tablets and when I called to say that they made a mistake I got called a lier. When I went in with all the evidence I got told o u might have changed it. My dr said if I took the wrong tablets I could have died. So I am saying this I will no longer leave this I will have it all reported
