Lauren has an amazing knowledge of the body and how it all fits and works together as one unit. She continuoualy encourages and motivates a client to achieve what they think is impossible and what she knows is possible given time.

Wellness with Lauren
Lauren is an amazing instructor. I have semi private classes with her and love it! She is very knowledgeable and manages to give me an awesome workout taking in consideration my previous injuries and the challenges I do have with some movements. She always makes it interesting and enjoyable. Love the challenges and new exercises she introduce in every session.
