Delicious thick based hawaiin and regina pizzas. Perfect amount of ingredients to actually taste the type of pizza that you order. Can only order delivery to your doorstep, through Mr Delivery (use their Mr D app - very easy to navigate to placing order) which is still delivered hot to us. Very affordable for the quality of pizzas offered.

The gentleman over the counter was very welcoming and a true professional but the food took forever. ( I placed an order online 30 min prior) Pizza was cold when I got home ( 5min drive ).

Very tasteless pizza and pizza, wrong base i ordered the pan base and got the thin base. pie burnt on sides and very tasteless with find the chicken and win a car. Were cold when it arrived and the uber driver got lost i waited for nearly an hour outsode on street for him. Then he had the cheek to backchat and were very unfriendly.Romans you lost your touch, never again will i buy food from you.

Today serves as a reminder as to why my family, friends and I DON'T order romans pizza anymore!!Decided to try them out again, giving the quality of pizza another chance... very disappointed.The pizzas that we ordered was SMOTHERED with tomato paste, it was all we could taste on all the pizzas, hardly any cheese or toppings. Will be sure to warn people about the very low standards Romans has adapted. Not a happy customer!This is what the pizza looks like when putting it on a plate... never again!

Food is decent although the wait time is often far longer than informed on payment. Also if there is football on the TV the shop is often filled with many non customers taking all the seats. We experienced this during this year's world cup on a couple occasions. Love the fact that it is there but perhaps ensure thay customer service comes first.

So after last fiasco and one other we decided to give romans another try why I don't know. I supose for convenience.Please note my husband never complains or returns food ever but we did this time.Service was great they even altered our order last minute. HoweverThe pizza had cheese in the middle and a sprinkling towards the edge. They forgot the anchovies we paid extra for. Now this was all tollerable until we bit into the pizza.There was this seasoning underneath so salty it killed all flavour of the pizza. Now as noted my husband never complains. He shut up the box and we instantly returned the pizzas.3rd bad experience sigh and yet i probably would dumb enough to try again.

Always late! I waited Between 2 hours for my order.They even gave attitude over the phone about it. It almost sounds like they really don't want to work there. You get more enthusiasm from the automated recording whilst on hold.

This place is becoming unprofessional by day. I am of the view the staff is lacking supervision or the supervision is weak. I have not seen the owner of this shop for the many years I buy our pizza here. In most franchise shops it's common sight to see the owner once in a while. I am not suggesting he/she doesn't come, I hardly see him/her.On my recent visit, the front guys were visible arguing about something I do not know and do not want to know. What is ugly is that I had to wait whilst this chap was shouting his colleague who apparently made him very cross. Surely this cannot be correct.
