Quick service, friendly staff (July 2021)I wasn't quite impressed with the service I received today (22 March 2022). I have been experiencing car problems for the past 3 months. I have gone back and forth with KR until I decided to get Mazda involved. I discovered that the issue was the battery not being compatible with the car I drive. I went back today only to be told to buy a new battery all together, while they battery is still under warranty. I was willing to pay extra for the switch but not a WHOLE nee battery. Now what happens to the one I currently have?
