Disappointing visit, no stock in either the Yamaha R1, or the Giant Anthem E bike, sales person clearly out of his depth, maybe the fact his child was riding a bicycle around the shop was to distracting for him, please train your staff they are clueless.

bought a Giant 29er and didn't realize the frame was too big for me, they took it back and changed the frame to a medium. excellent service especially from Grayson Humble.
