First impression, reception- young lady was super friendly and helpful and willing to assist wherever possible.Gym is clean, spaced out well and has enough to give a beginner or experienced gym user a challenge. Also well lit which is always advantageous.I am sure it will meet most needs, including my own.

Really enjoyed training at this gym. Things are set out well and easy to find. Bathrooms are spotless. Very quiet at off peak times.

Gym is clean, well organized, and well maintained.The staff are friendly and helpful, and a fair standard of gym etiquette is upheld amongst members.The machines are slightly dated but are all effective and kept in good order.Overall a great gym to go to.

I've been going to Body Zone intermittently for 6 years, since I was 15. Great gym, helpful staff, affordable fees and all the equipment one would need. Spotless facilities, organized layout and most importantly (well, at least to me) meticulously clean equipment and environment. Because nobody likes old sweat. In general the community, staff and gym members included, are a fantastic, helpful and friendly bunch. Great gym, great facilities and fantastic environment.
