The receiver to remotely open the gate failed on a Saturday afternoon (things always happen after hours) and The Security Shop in Clearwater Mall was the only service provider open. They assisted me with a sentry receiver which was the only product which could work with my older type remotes. That was not a viable solution and I took it back on Wednesday searching for a better solution. We agreed that the best solution would be a modern" receiver and new remotes which work perfectly.Here are the important facts:1. Their pricing was competitive. (I checked their pricing against Regal who were substantially more expensive

after numerous research and trying to program my digidoor remote in i felt like giving up and getting a new motor. I decided to try one more phone call for assistance and spoke to Gareth. What a man!!!! Went in to ask if they could assist replacing a garage remote. Unfortunately they didn't have stock but asked if we had all the parts from the one not working(I dropped it hard and it fell apart) and one working remote, which we did. My husband came out 10 minutes later both remotes batteries replaced and the buttons replaced for a very small cost. Thanks for helping out both remotes work as they should and it is much easier with the new buttons.
