My two girls love the dojo, they are 6 and 8. The started as complete novices, very beginning white belt and are now on blue. Full year of attendance and they still happy to go back. I have found a dojo that makes them happy to learn and the karate school is doing a good and proper job. They learning more than karate, their confidence is building. Seido is a well known name that I remember from DECADES ago, so glad they are still living up to their amazing reputation.

I took my sons to Seido form of Karate, 7 years ago. They never looked back and have progressed to Brown belt (2nd Kyu). The level of instruction under the watchful eye of Jun Shihan George Wong (6th Dan Black belt) is superb and is recognized world-wide. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Seido is an amazing place for children and adults to learn karate! I've seen my daughter grow in confidence and skills during this year. What I appreciate the most is their philosophy and focus on values like persistence, respect and kindness, rather than competitive fighting.

Great spot for children to learn martial arts. R350per month, R120 registration. Children's classes run Mon, Tue, Thur 6-7PM. Adult Classes right after that. Also Saturday 10-11AM. Children can pick and choose which classes to attend. They also let the child try the class for a session or two to see if it's really what they want.Safe environment. Small groups. Steady pace. I just don't like that they only take cash.
