Very bad service!!! Not reliable and rude over the phone. First time making use of their service. Booked a trip, well in advance, to Oudsthoorn, for my disabled son. We've waited the entire day, no show. When I eventually managed to get hold of them, I received poor excuses and saying 'they are on their way. After waiting for 6 hours, I finally gave up. Will not recommend to anybody. Don't even want to give a 1-star rating!
