Placed an order for an Oly Sofa in November 2019, in December 2019I received a defective unsightly, impractical Sofa. It was so badly made that I was unable to sit on it.The Sofa was made with mismatched fabrics with colour variations, incorrect dimensions, dirty marks, uneven seats , back rests & shape , with uneven stitching , fabric tears from tight puckering stitching.I immediately contacted the Director Naledi Kheswa who emailed me saying she would replace the sofa with a New Sofa within 6/8 weeks and would collect the defective Sofa.To date, 7 months later I have NOT received a replacement sofa, I have requested a full refund and am been ignored.Shocking Customer Service & productWould definitely Not recommend House of Amica and warn consumers.Their website is misleading what you order is not what you receive.

Incredible Quality, Great Service and Stunning Design options! I recently purchased the Lola Sofa along with two Cloud 9 occasional chairs, items arrived on time, the team was efficient and communicated well would definitely purchase from them again.

This is a scam company.I had the worst experience with them and I implore people not to even take the good reviews as evidence of their work as I'm sure they wrote it themselvesThey failed to deliver on their promises and their workmanship is of poor quality. Ordered headboard, communication was good. items came in clean. Staff was pleasant and neat I am happy with the service.

Initially when I was looking for a quote, they took some time but once we started the process. It went smoothly. Mbali gave me updates every 2 weeks and there was a delay and she was honest about it. Her team were very good and cleaned up after installation.

Bought a new bed from the store, was assisted by Mpho. Friendly and efficient service. The delivery was on time to the minute, and the gents who delivered and built the bed were friendly and very helpful as well!Would definitely recommend this store!!!

Worst service and products I’ve ever encountered in my life. Naledi LIES and delivers substandard goods and she isn’t interested in resolving anything. She promises what she can’t deliver. Save your money and rather go to other places that deliver quality and good service. It took more than 3 months to receive this and it was wrong size, not sewn correctly and fraying. The headboard was okay but the gold paint is chipped. She also kept all my fabric. She’s a waste of time and money!
