Optimi has recently bought IT Acadamy, I am currently doing a course, I have been asking for WEEKS for some support with the course I am doing and do not receive any help at all. I have phoned and emailed, and no reply. The videos for the course was created in 2012/13, they are so out of date I spend more time trying to find the correct way on google than I can actually spend on learning...as | paid for!! What a useless place, I would not suggest anybody sign up with a course with IT Acacemy or OptimI

Can you give someone a minus star rating?So there is one number to call, and no one there is capable of sorting out anything from the supervisor of sales, the manager of sales or the supervisor of customer care . And you get blocked to get to someone with authority or some common sense.There is an e-mail address, manned by the same people at the telephone number above, that ignores and blocks you from receiving any help.There is a WhatsApp number that just give automated response without any option to sort out any issues.There is an auto-bot on one of the sites that has not ability's.3 websites so far that does not allow me to place an reviewI have an grade 11 that has a full set of books that she cannot touch, because the facilitator guides are included (unwanted, unrequested but paid for)It has been more than 2 weeks and still she cannot learn.E-mails, phone conversations for more than 2 hours, Whatsapp messages, auto-bot messages, hello peter reviews & messages on facebook and still no satisfactory response or action.Impaq has a silly system where this set of perfect handbooks books & unwanted facilitator guides has to return to their warehouse so that the same handbooks minus the facilitator guides has to be re-delivered.Causing a student to suffer without any handbooks for weeks with nearing exams in a month.Is this a method of forcing me to use the books I have with me so that I have to pay for the unwanted facilitator guides?Is this a way to make me drive out to the warehouse or headquarters and go and try to speak to someone with some semblance of sense or authority?Where can I complain about their service? How can I get them to do what is right in a timely fashion so that the student does not suffer?Totally and utterly disappointed and frustrated.

I had great service from College Sa from the time i registered for my Supply Chain course to the very end. The service is fantastic i would definately do another course with them. I would like to thank Lorraine Moyo for her assistance
