ZERO service, laminated floors installed in whole house 2018. Seems as if the flooring panels were of sub standard quality as it constantly moves around even with the additional screeching. ZERO customer service as I've contacted them numerous times via email, phone calls etc., after months of contacting they come and have a look but NOTHING happens. 30 years warranty means NOTHING as when there are issues because of their product they just don't do anything - ZERO warranty! Don't waste your money.

I just love it when there is a no nonsense approach to helping a customer with a small item, I needed just the underflooring for a rug I have and the staff were super helpful showed me all the nonslip options and helped me quickly without trying to push for anything else. Great experience!
