I had a system installed that did not suit my music tastes after installation, despite my initial frustration, the team at Audio Secure listened and advised the best route for solution despite me wanting to just spend money on other equipment I technically did not need. We eventually settled on adding another dedicated amp for the sub and changing the frequency of wiring inputs. Overall the service is honest, patient and team very focused on making sure I was 110% happy with quality. The system is now perfect, and could not recommend this team enough!

I dread going to any vehicle related place as I am not clued up. They were great. Tried to fix first. No charge. Then told me how to set off it was just sensor or a bigger problem. Ended up with new sensor at reasonable price. They could have told me I needed a whole new system. They didn't

I had a frustrating conversation with Shane today regarding speakers that had been installed into a Reps vehicle 2 months ago as one of them has stopped working or blown. Not happy that the one has only lasted 2 months. Apparently speakers don't come with any warrantee and he blamed the wiring for the speaker blowing. I asked if they don't check the wiring and he said not. He was very aggressive and eventually told me to tell my driver to go and hung up. Very poor customer service on their behalf and I have asked our fleet manager to blacklist this company.
