They have damaged my clothing on more than one occasion then blame the quality of my clothing, the staff have a terrible attitude! Including sending back damp clothing, and calling me to fetch wet clothing but happy to still charge me for a job half done.

Great service and friendly staff. Just an FYI for the Rug Doctor carpet cleaner. The Anti-foam is a must because the machine makes allot of foam no matter what you do and it helps allot.

You phone in and get a price, you go in and get another quote but the day you take your items in its suddenly more expensive. This is tge second time. Definitely not using them again. Its not about the price but the principle.

My linen jacket looks worse than when I brought it in.See the photos, this is after I collected it and unwrapped it.It smells like it has been cleaned, but there are more creases in it now than before. It looks like it was taken out of the bottom of a gym bag.I called to enquire because I could have ordered the wrong service, but they lady just replied with bring it back and we will send it away again."No apology. It was very inconvenient
