Not closing at 4pm they have been closed ALL week. 42 years paying uif they rejected my claim never ever claimed disgusting go try to find out more info they are closed due to a strike. People who visit the branch are unemployed no money for transport get there only to find they are closed

The service is horrible, I've been going to them since my maternity leave started, started on the 28th September 2022,then i was told to go back on the 3rdd October then i was told to come back a week later on the10th, the supervisor Dennis assisted me, something about my company has to register me for maternity, on the 17th i called and Dennis told me to come in the matter is sorted, i submitted all my forms and was told after 14 days I will receive my money on day 24 when i called I was told I never made an application, i went to the branch and they couldn't even find my papers, the guy who took my forms on the 17th didn't even care that he didn't submit my application I had to re apply again and im still waiting

Absolutely disgraceful service from the security guards as well as the woman who answers the phone. She claims she knows nothing that happens there so please tell me why she is there to answer the phone???? Secondly Benoni labour department sent me to the Boksburg one as they were under investigation, I stood there from 6 in the morning to be pushed to the back of the line cause I don't reside in Boksburg!!! The service is disgusting!!! When I was inside I was poked by the security guards to sit where they instruct you to sit, absolutely horrid to be treated like this and they couldn't care less! I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time to go there.

Shocking. You just never get anywhere. Unprofessional, not very friendly at all and if you ask me wasting the Governments money. Some of those people should not be working there. Service is shoddy. They don't answer their e-mail nor do they ever answer their phones. its disgusting. The call centre is even worse. I agree with every single comment regarding bad service. Dennis also assisted me in the beginning, now they could care less. It's my money that I paid over the years. Get it right it does not belong to them. Please pay on time. And as for the Ufiling that's a nightmare. I did not want to give any stars they don't deserve it.

I'm so grateful for the customer service. There was a lady that worked at enquiry counter 8" she was absolutely amazing with her service that she provided. I am truly grateful for her. I was depressed before I got to the office and after waiting in the queue from almost 5 hours I couldn't care less. When I got to her counter she changed my entire day. Thank you so much!..1st time lucky I guess. 2nd time was a complete disaster. Not happy at all."

I am so disappointed with the service I received from this labour office, the lady I just spoken to over the phone is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I just needed assistance on a document I have but instead she was rude, she didn't even listen to what I had to say

Mrs Prinsloo(the receptionist).Worst telephone etiquette ever..Everything I asked I was told no..no..no..you must go to Kempton Park(verbatim)Did not even give me a chance to explain my dilemna.What's with government departments and their customer service.Enough is enough.People in customer.service should have a passion and empathy for people.Disappointed much .

I went there on the 30 March 2023 and they told me that my account is blocked and I don’t remember doing anything online about UIF. They said I must come back on the 4 April 2023 they will unblock it and I did that, when I get there it was still block and gave me the phone numbers. That phone numbers they don’t respond our people from Department of Labour.
