Ok, well petrol prices are through the roof at the moment, but that's not exactly BP's fault, but the service received was on point, and a good stop for a quick bite, we bought a few pies and it was INCREDIBLE. Please keep to those standards... quality over quantity. Thank you for being great.

I've been using this garage for a very long time and this morning has been my first bad experience at this place with the supervisor Kumaria. She has no way of speaking to customers and employees on a Sunday morning at 6am!!! All staff is friendly except Kumaria! I wouldn't recommend being assisted by her at any point of time.

Was treated badly by the stuff at bp park drive parklands in Cape Town not once this is happening to me at the same petrol station. I usually pass through the garage filling up my car buy a pie and cold drink. One day as usual i wanted to fill up my car and went to park my car on the far right last pump i was waiting for more than five minutes hoping someone will come and help me but nobody came to help till i decided to drive out second time i came and park on the second pump when you turn into the garage the same thing happened again and i decided to drove off without receiving the service. Today on the 28/07/21 around half ten night was running out of fuel and wanted to fill up my car before i go to sleep, one of the stuff with name Bongi came and ask if i have a permit so that he will fill the tank and i told him yes its on my phone and he went to throw some fuel in the tank after he finished i gave himmoney and my smart shopper card but he refused to take smart shopper card saying its offline or else i must pay him if i want my smart shopper card to redeem the points. I tried to explain to the cashier also she told that she don’t know anything about the smart shopper card it’s only for outside.Was so disappointed and was not expecting this because smart shopper card is the only reason i choose to come to Bp so that i can earn some points and use them at a later stage. Thanks for the poor service i am going to choose another Bp where i am going to receive good service and friendly staff

Shopping is convenient, the store has everything that you would need, and there's a wide range of foods available for take away. The coffee shop is also good, and the bakery offers a wide variety of products.

Good service on the forecourt and in the quick shop. Very friendly staff who always assist you with a smile. The quick shop has a good range of products available to purchase and the bakery products are always fresh. The garage is located on a main road, which can get very busy during peak times.

Helpful staff and they are always online for utility payments!

A quick in and out convenience store with a really nice takeaway open 24/7 and a good coffee when you in a rush.
