First time buying a wig, let alone online. I was skeptical at first but was willing to take the risk. Delivery took 7 days, and Petunia kept me posted on the status of my order throughout. The hair is good quality, and I got a lot of goodies I was not expecting. I will definitely be buying more.

I was skeptical about ordering from The Wig Factory at first but I decided to give them a try and I was very impressed, the wig I ordered arrived within 5 working days as stipulated and it came in great condition, I also received a free wig stand and a hair lotion. I recommend their services to anyone interested in all things hair.

I ordered and didn't proceed with my order because I had doubts. Hours later I recieved a call from them giving me a discount and promo code . I then proceeded with payment same day. It's been a week already. No one is taking my calls ,no wan I responding to my mails. They just took my money after sweet talking me that they are a legit business. I'm still waiting for my delivery. I'm hoping it's delayed as there's no communication whatsoever. But when they want you to buy, they are quick to respond.Hoping I get my wig in whatever format it comes. So disappointed.

The reviews scared me so I started with a closure to test the waters. Then i ordered a wig. I think they took the complaints very seriously because i received both my orders in less than 3 working days. I was updated via email. I was called by friendly staff after receiving the items to check if I was satisfied and also just to say thanks. I am about to order again and I remembered the reviews and thoight let me share my postive experience for those who might be hesitating.
