Friendly staff but needs a bit of drive . It's like they show up and smile but need incentives or something to give them motivation to walk that extra mile and really assist a person .

The two men at the information desk have an attitude problem. They are immature and completely unprofessional. They act like they are doing the customer a favour and they are extremely condescending. The treatment I got from them was appalling to say the least and totally unwarranted. The star is for the security guard and the staff member who came to check on me in the parking lot after the experience I got.

The Truss designer Bennie Willers was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much effort. It is probably one of the most difficult roof designes and he gave me two options. Thank-you Bennie, you are an asset to Buco.

It's a good place. Service is not that great. 1 person went totally out of his way. That's saying alot. A person at the yard by the saw is extremely rude. He is a well known person as we were directed straight to him. BUCO might have enough contractors, but other places are ramping up their prices and customer service. Don't lose the people you need. I gave a 2 star for comfort because of 1 person, but would've given 1 for the rest of the service.

Extremely disappointing. It took the ladies at the tills 30 minutes to process a purchase and credit. They even asked me to call the sales person to come and assist while they were eating their fried chicken behind the counter.
