The place is not well administered this lady's they can play tickets for people who are not there and we waiting in a line. Again if they don't know you its worse than anything Nigerians because they pay them they do not go in a line. You have cameras there but you allow this thing to happen. They all know you can say what ever you say they do not care because nothing you can do about that. The service is not good. At all I chose to let it go. Because I did complain before they end not playing for me and I left for me to play I ask my wife to go play for me.

You can queue there for 1 hour while cashier playing for Nigerians who bribe them.. That's why I prefer online betting.

Transfered money and attempted to try supabets as a new client.Requested to send proof of payment which was cleared immediately. I did so and still no help much later this eveningAgent was not helpful at all when requesting help.Please refund me as I have done a payment several hours ago and still no fund's and updates. Poor service and no customer service or support from staff.

The experience in supabets Yeovil is the worst the people working there are very rude they never want to play each time you go there is always a que and then they transfer you from one teller to the other saying there are closed and the managers can't do anything about it and many occasions I left to go and play in betexchange course of the reception I got

The most busy betting shop in Yeoville, Covid control measures are in pace. I'm glad now it's side open than before where we used to sweat in queues. Now there's Air-conditioning system and plenty of betting clerks

Bad services manager doesn't have customer service and doesn't listen to customer concerns and is very Rude, not happy at all
