Absolutely disappointing. They give you the wrong information and fool you and promise you they will resolve it but 1 month later and nothing Absolutely pathetic service

Overall, happy with the end result of the workmanship. One star deducted because communication could be improved, but once I contacted them they were very helpful

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a panel beater. Today marks DAY56 since they’ve had my car. I’ve had over 7 changes regarding est date of collections. I’ve been the one calling and following up with them and everytime I’m lied to and given the SAME STORY.SAME EXCUSE EVERY SINGLE TIMEI’ve had to use Uber for almost a month now.56 days later there’s still no indication of when I’m getting my car.Never ever ever agreeing to my car going to Ross, no matter how my insurer pushes.If I could give 0 stars i if I could, one star will do for now in hopes that atleast my car would be fix and won’t give me any issues.

They did a great job of fixing up my bumper bash, and delivered my vehicle on the exact date as promised which was great. Constant communication with the lady who advised on the progress which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ross Champion to friends and family.

This place has thee worst customer service, no responses to emails, no calls returned. I have been owed a minor refund from them. Put it has been worse than pulling teeth" to try and get it out from them. The receptionist has the same answers to every call

Having used this Company before (with no complaints), I was disappointed. Not in their workmanship, but the follow up and staff getting back to me. I sent 3 messages in 3 days and then finally got a response with another person's name. To get final confirmation that my vehicle was ready took many messages and calls, only to be told at 16h10 (the next day) that my vehicle will be ready at 17h00. This does not give a person enough time to arrange collection of the hire car and get a lift. Very frustrating sitting waiting for a reply that doesn't come. Again, no complaints at all about their workmanship, but the Customer service side has definitely deteriorated.

I had such a bad experience with them but their technique of rectifying the errors was remarkable. Generally, they are well reputable and incredible company. Had it not been for the incidents, they'd get 5 stars.

Good service from Ross Champion. Car looks good as new after repairs.
