So I placed an order they told me to collect after 1 hour, upon arrival I'm being told to join the line with over 20 people, that's almost another hour.... Why didn't they just tell me to come order in store. Useless service !!!

I got the worst service ever,I made an order at 19:58 and the teller told me that it will be ready in 30 minutes.After 30 minutes I went to check and my order wasn't ready.I stood in the queue for another 15 minutes.7 orders that were made after mine were called out as I stood there.I started asking the lady who was checking orders,only to find out that my order was not even made, they started arguing about whose fault was it and I could hear them. The lady ended up giving us attitude and the triple decker they gave me me only had sauces and mushrooms with no chicken as usual.I am not buying at their branch no more.Please take your staff for customer relations training.

Dismal, unsatisfactory and very poor service! dont EVER order online! The order takes forever, and worse, you cant track your order on the app and they dont answer the phone. I Dont understand how they can call themselves a quick service restaurant!!!

I ordered online and you cant even track your order. Up to now the order hasnt been delivered let alone a refund of my money. This App doesnt work well. You call they dont pick up. Not so fair. Waste of time and energy

Mostly convenient and efficient and they normally deliver within 45 minutes to an hour.The one time my pizza wasn't delivered, however they called the following day to apologise as they say there was an error. They sent through free pizza to express their remorse.Overall the service and pizza is great. :)

The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I ordered twice from them and my food never came. I’m sooo disgusted by their service because there was no phone call or anything explaining their incompetence!!

Pathetic service ever, I placed my order at 17:28 at 19:00 I called the store only to be told an order takes 2 hours to be delivered. It's now 19:47 and my order is still not delivered, no comms, tracing is also disabled on the app on top of that I was charged R15 delivery!!!
