When my GHD stopped working, I googled for repair places to assist. Visuelle was most prompt in responding to my query/search.Correspondence was quick, the turnaround time was fast given that it went from Jhb to Durban and the service was great. My GHD is working fine since received. It doesn't make the beeping sounding when switching on and off but it was explained that that wouldn't work anymore.
