I came in yesterday to do my full dry perm and it was done to perfection. I went to the branch in berea (at the bottom) as a friend had refered me.The staff is nice and welcoming and the prices are really good as well. I'll be going back for renewal of my perm when the time comes.Keep it up.

It a second time I'm coming here doing my nails. The first time the lady came with her child and the child kept on interrupting her several as result it took forever to finish my nails. Two days later the 2 nails fall off.Today I came back as my nails that I did 2 weeks ago has all fallen off and I've been sitting for almost 15 minutes sitting on the couch and there's no queue per ser .There are at least 2 free ladies that are free but they chatting. One of the reason our business don't grow is the attitude we receive from staff.

Very bad service. I went with my 3 year old daughter today and wanted to do snoop on her, the one lady was very rude and she was going on about how I have a nerve to take my baby to the salon as she won't even do my baby's hair like really tho. It was really unnecessary.. I don't recommend that salon to anybody, the customer service there is very very bad.

I love it. I've heard complain about the service but everytime when I visit, I get the best of it, all of their branches that is. Maybe if you come with negative energy you attract negative results, anywho it's cheapest place I know and the staff know their work, weaving, washing, cutting my hair to doing nails, I've never been disappointed.

My experiences haven't been the best. The staff can be unprofessional and noisy. I did artificial dreads but they were so tight my hairline receded. The quality of nails depends on the technician really so if you find someone good stick to them. Prepare to wait, I once waited 6 hours to do my nails. If you can't spend the whole day at the salon like me make sure you get there between 8- 10 am.

This was my best salon when I still lived in Durban because of its economic friendly prices, but I must warn it tends to get really full and service becomes slow. When I recently went home and thought I'd give them a visit the staff had changed alot which wasn't new to me but the new staff need proper training and customer service orientation this however does not imply to the south beach branch or the stanger one just the blue one in berea and the purple one. But all in all i'll still go back there when I go back to Durban

I am sitting here frustrated, the attitude I am receiving from the staff is disgusting, it is utterly disorganised. Ive been sitting for over 15minutes with wet hair and wet towel waiting for someone to dry my hair. The service has definately changed from last, just poor customer service.
