Excellent, secure beautifully landscaped grounds, first calls facilities like a 15m heated indoor pool, Virgin Active quality gym, quality finishes in apartments and bistro, lounge with wonderful staff!

Evergreen Noordhoek is most likely one of the best managed Retirement Villages I ever visited.The village is modern, extremely comfortable and it suffers not from power outages with large generators on site.A well equipped gym, an indoor heated pool, a well run restaurant adds to the attraction.
