It is so refreshing to find a company that actually goes out of their way to help people instead of simply suggesting that items be replaced! I had an old water pump which my late father had left to me many years ago. It was not assembled and needed attention. I phoned HCP pumps and they suggested I bring the pump in so that they could have a look at it... Well, they didn't just have a look. They repaired and serviced the pump and provided some very important information about the make and maintenance of the pump. I expected to pay for labor and maybe a gasket. But they returned the pump to me the very same morning and advised that there would be no charge. I was blown away and will be telling everyone I chat to about the awesome service and pleasant people at HCP. This kind of assistance is not seen anymore. May they continue to prosper and I know that what they have sown, they will reap.Thank you team, you are awesome!!
