I receive the worst service ever. The ladies there swooped two of my orders, they called me ask which one was going where because they had made a mistake, I said to the lady to wait for me to get to the office to check and confirm I will call them back, instead of waiting for my call they went ahead and couriered the parcels to the wrong address. After having done that I call them to tell to fix the problem they telling me they are busy with customers, what about my customers and my business and the fact that they are the ones that did this mistake and they should prioritise fixing it asap. This happened 19/01/2022 today is the 27/01/2022 I’m still running after them no one is calling me to update me or anything. My shop couriers parcels weekly and this is the thanks I get. Malelane courier guy has poor service delivery.

This branch is the worst. Courier guy has extremely poor service, their staff is also so rude. Have not received my parcel in weeks.

Chose overnight shipping for my parcel and it has been over a week and I still haven’t received it…

Always best they even come and collect from your house, good service from their drivers

I haven't received my order till today, it seems like they don't care about what people want. Today they send you an SMS we gonna bring your parcel, you will wait until you see that your parcel is in transit. I was supposed to get my parcel 3 days after purchase, it is a full week now.

Worse service ever, my parcel was collected after 10 days of booking, after collection it stayed in the Malelane HUB for 4 days without being sent to JHB Hub. I still have not received the parcel.

Good service and convenient location.
