My daughter's hair needed treatment and styling. She had an excellent cut, treatment and blow wave. Her hair looks healthy and is far more manageable. Visiting Hair Dimension is a holistic experience. Uplifting and refreshing all-round with their excellent service.

I went to Leanne at HD yesterday.Yesterday was the absolute worst salon experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received form Hair Dimension.I asked for Balayage high-lights and ended up getting fried hair that is now breaking off in strings of 20cm pieces of hair :( :( :( More than half of my hair.This is completely unprofessional, and this proofs a lack of product knowledge if you will bleach a clients hair to the point that it is burnt as bad this.Your job as a professional is to inform a client of what can be expected to be achieved and then letting the client make the decision whether they want fried hair, or rather want to end up with a slightly darker end result. You had no right to make the decision for me to damage my hair to the extend that you did. I have not once asked you to push my hair to achieve any result. You have also not once during the bleaching process told me that we won't be able to lift my hair to the colour on the image.I am absolutely heart broken over the condition of my hair and I seriously regret coming to your salon.1. I am also disappointed that I ended up paying R1500 for this, and I actually expect a full refund. Today I had to spend a further R500 to buy shock treatment for my hair. The cost I will have to incur over the next month to build my hair and cut shorter and shorter every 2nd week due to unbelievable amount of breakage is ridiculous.2. I washed my hair once, and almost all of your toner came out. My hair is now yellow.3. I spoke to 3 other professionals today and after just one touch to my hair, they could immediately tell me my hair is chemically burnt and that is not normal. despite your never ending approach to convince me that this was normal.Since I walked out of your salon yesterday I have not received a single compliment. I have received multiple reactions of what did you do to your hair"

I have been going to Hair Dimension for years, they have always been incredibly professional while taking care of what you need. My experience is they will always do the right thing for a client while being absolutely honest with you. Its been incredibly refreshing to deal with this salon and their staff.

What an amazing experience! The staff are so welcoming, and very professional.. The ladies that washed my hair had magic fingers, one of the best washes and massages I have ever recieved, what a treat! Leigh (owner and hairdresser) is a master with colour, she fixed my very ruined and fragile blonde hair.. she is also great with the scissors, and definetly not scissors happy.. For my first time I really felt looked after.. Hair looks and feels amazing! Prices are reasonable and worth every penny.. #goodhairdays

I had an appointment here for gelish nails. They use some sort of off brand that lifts and chips within a few days, and the application was on the sloppy side. Won’t go back there again.
