This place does not even deserve a star. I placed an order for a microwave. 2 weeks went by and the item was not even in stock. It's been over a month now and they have not paid my money back. I have asked numerous times on various social media platforms to pay it back I'll have no choice now but to ask my bank to intervene. I'll never order from them again.

If you value your hard earned money, you will stay away from this store, I purchased a fridge online on the 4th January 2023, I then decided to cancel my order because the store was not operational at that time, since then I have been battling to get my refund, my R15 000 that took me months to save is gone just like that.

I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY KETTLE AND I WANT A REFUND BUT CANT GET A REPLY TO MY EMAIL OR GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. MOST REVOLTING SCAM OF A COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM!Would prefer not to have to award a star. I ordered a Russel Hobbs kettle 10 days ago and apart from an order acknowledgement, I haven't heard anything from them. They don't reply to emails and the phone doesnt ring. I think i have been scammed. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

A bunch a chancers. I ordered the wrong fridge as it was integrated not free standing. It was returned immediately. Only thing was that the plastic bag it arrived in was torn so I could inspect the fridge. It was NOT removed from the packaging. They have never refunded me and it’s coming up to 5 weeks since the return. I seem to have lost R30 000 to these charlatans. Be very careful buying from them because if, for any reason, you need to return the order you won’t get your money back. Worst customer service as the lie blatantly.
