I used Doc Assist to obtain my unabridged birth certificate and police clearance, all of which has to have an apostille, be translated and the translation had to have an apostille. I can 100 % with absolute confidence recommend their services. They kept me updated as soon as there was any movement with my documents and were extremely helpful, professional, and quick in responding to my numerous questions. Without a doubt world-class service!

I shopped around, looking for the cheapest, most responsive and most trustworthy company to get me a police clearance certificate, get it apostilled, and send it to me in Chile. DocAssist has been a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly and a little faster than expected.

Am absolutely fuming from their lousy service delivery.After two years waiting for my marriage certificate I received an email to tell me that home affairs cannot locate my marriage certificate application register and only refunded half of my initial payment.( R 1450.0 of R2950).I have dealt with other company for some reason they couldn’t deliver but still refunded the full amount.Doc assist should have told me from the beginning that if details ( marriage officer’s details) on my application are missing they would not have accepted my application but still went ahead.With doc assist if all glows about your application with no hiccups you probably get a glimpse of chance to see your documents coming right but if some details on your application are missing then you need to seek help somewhere else save your money.By the way this is not a fake review my ref number is DA59699.What a waste of time and money.

Doc Assist was effecient in obtaining my South African Police Clearance. It was worth the cost for how much simpler it made the process. I would use their service again.

Honestly I have never been as impressed by anybody's service quite like Doc Assist. I have been waiting over 4 months for the embassy to send me documentation that turned out to only have step 1 finished of a 3 step process and would involve being sent around.I contacted Doc assist and it was the best decision of my life. They made the process extremely easy, supported me with figuring out exactly what I need and the most IMPORTANT part. They managed to complete the first step that took the embassy 4 months in less than 4 WEEKS....AND SHOCKED ME AGAIN WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE FINISHED IN 4-6 WEEKS....... Doc assist is what every expat needs. They helped us get an unabridged marriage certificate really quickly. They keep you updated, and email you about the process and progress. We live in Dubai, and it was sent to us in one day after they received it from Home Affairs. I can highly recommend using them so that you don’t have to stress about your paperwork.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service we have received from Doc Assist. More than 6 months ago, I made a full payment for their assistance in obtaining my husband's birth certificate, and to this day, I have not received any documentation. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain answers from Doc Assist, I have been met with vague responses that offer no concrete solutions.The experience has been nothing short of terrible. I have had to beg for answers and received nothing but a runaround. When they eventually reply to my emails, all I am told is that you are following up daily

I had my university degree attested and used Doc Assist's services - they were fast with their responses, sent me all the steps and kept me up to date with the process. This was all done via email and the documents were couriered to me in Dubai. Thanks for the great service Romelio!
