I received this SMS today which is very strange, as I’m one of the unfortunate people that has no choice, but to pay toll, as the only two viable routes to get to a national road both has boom toll gates. And as I have a SANRAL e-tag, I cannot even get onto the highway, if there is no funds in my account, and therefore I always have funds, that automatically gets deducted as I go through the SANRAL gates.So I contact the number on the SMS to enquire about the reason for SANRAL putting me on the Debt collection process only to find that the number is out of operation. So next step, I phone SANRAL, and the number does not get answered. No wonder SANRAL is in such a financial situation as nothing works!!!

I had an incident on Friday 30 September on the N17 where i had a tire puncture. Within seconds the SANRAL Roadside Assistance assisted me in getting me safely to the yellow lane and changed me tire as quick as possible in order for me to get home safely.A very big thank you and keep it up!!

Why is everyone not picking up calls/phones? The service is so poor and have tried regional office and they could not assist at all. Your customer service line keeps on saying the number does not exist. Why did you put it in your website? Not happy at all and something needs to be done

A created SOC that maintain roads that South Africans are taxed for and that they also have to pay tollfees for. The head office has no helpdesk or any person who can assist with general enquiries. The call centre is located at their offices in Samrand. You will not receive any help if you come to this office for information.

Stood an hour on highway. Phoned 4 times and was assured someone on the way. I am now home and NO ONE was there. Had to run accross the highway. Thanks SANRAL. Luckily they can see you on camera. But that is about it

I had excellent service from Christoph at the office next to Rigel ave Pretoria. He was kind and patient with me, came around the counter to help me log in to my profile. Kabu (I think this is his name) helped me a few days later exploring my options for more assistance. Both the two gentleman was skillful in their service providing areas. Thank you very much.

Whoever is maintaining the R21 between Pretoria and ORT is doing a fantastic job. There are maintenance people present every day fixing barriers, cutting grass, picking up rubbish. However whoever is ''maintaining'' the N14 between Pretoria and Krugersdorp is doing nothing at all. The highway is a mess. Weeds and grass have not been cut in months/years. Give the contract to the R21 guy, who is obviously capable of doing the job
